Greenkleen 60 Plus Castable - (new alternate coming March 17)

Green Kleen-60 Plus is a very high strength castable refractory 

It is double the strength of cured regular cement even at 2500°F.

Features:

• Rated to 3000°F.
• Low 0.8% iron content aids flux resistance.
• Outstanding abrasion resistance.
• Excellent thermal shock resistance.
• High resistance to penetration/corrosion by molten aluminium.

Common Applications:

• Hard Strong surfaces even crucibles, wall & floor surfaces and burner blocks. 
• Also available 'ultra filtered' with all the aggregate removed for a very fine powdery castable curing to over 10,000 psi.  
• Typically mix with approx 6% water, mix with a power blender when possible to mix quickly.  Working time approx 20 minutes.
