Greencast 94 Plus Castable

Our most dense, and highest temperature castable.  A very fine granular product.  Rated to 3400°F. 

Greencast 94 has the lowest iron content of any of our castables at 0.2%, imparting its superior flux (alkali), and acid resistance.  Very strong and abrasion resistant.

Casts with excellent detail.

This is a structural or protective refractory, being this dense, it is not generally used for insulating purposes (rather consider Kast-o-lite Li 30+ or Kast-o-lite 30 G+ (faster setting) for insulating purposes.

Effective for capping floors, or ribbon burners when an extreme duty castable is required.  It is a tremendous castable for specific purposes, and among our most expensive.
