Greencast 94 GR+ Castable 3400°F Flux Resistant Dense Castable

Green Cast 94 GR Plus Castable is the most dense, and highest-temperature castable we carry. The "GR" in the title indicates it is faster drying than the regular Greencast 94+

Features:

• Our most FLUX Resistant Refractory.
• Contains the lowest iron content of any of our castables at 0.2%, imparting its superior flux (alkali), and acid resistance. 
• Rated to 3400°F.  
• An excellent very fine granular product. 
• Very strong and abrasion-resistant.
• Self-leveling & Casts with excellent detail.

This is a dense protective refractory.  It can be used on its own or mixed and added as a thin top coat to a base castable that is still soft.  It is impervious to most chemicals and is a great protective top layer on an insulating base casting (Like GreenLite 45L ON, Kast-o-lite Li 30+, RescoCast 8, or insulating purposes.)

Effective for capping floors, or ribbon burners when an extreme-duty castable is required.  It is a tremendous castable for specific purposes and is among our most expensive.
