Double S Vet Loop Knife

Double S Hoof Knives are made in Italy, by brothers Marco and Leonardo Schelfi. Their knives are made from high grade steel in Inox material and represent excellent value.

Vet Loop knives tend to be narrower/more elongated than a standard loop knife. This allows for more targeted use when removing hoof, or debriding infected areas. 

The Double S Vet Loops in particular are made from a single piece of steel. This minimizes points of stress on the blade, insuring durability.

The Vet Loop Knives are part of the Double S Deluxe range, coming in three sizes:

• Small loop is used more for precision work, and is best for probing for abscesses.
• Medium loop is the most common size loop sold today to trim frogs.
• Larger loop is used for everyday work.
