Cactus Juice - Wood Stabilizing Resin & Activator - 1-Gallon (3.79 L)

Cactus Juice is the most popular stabilizing solution in the world and now has a 3-year shelf life (unactivated).  Once mixed with the activator, it will have a minimum shelf life of 12 months (if kept cool).

Popular for knife scales (handles), pen blanks, and whenever you want to transform your wooden creation into a hardened, impermeable, more durable structure. 

 heat-activated resin that permeates the pores of raw wood for durable knife handles (scales), pens, and any wood you can fit in your vacuum chamber.

Your completely dried wood can have its microscopic air porosities filled with Cactus Juice drawn in via a powerful vacuum chamber.  Then, a short heating cycle to 200°F (in a toaster oven or similar) causes the resin to harden through the depths of the wood blank.

Semi-Translucent dyes can be added to the liquid resin for unlimited artistic effects through the depths of the wood piece.

The final pieces can be machined, sanded, glued, or polished into beautiful and one-of-a-kind works of unprecedented durability.
