Kerckhaert Steel Training Plates - Kings Extra Sound Horseshoes

This design is made from a wider section than the standard Kings Plate. This gives the front foot more cover and support with excellent results on many racehorses. The heel design gives the farrier the option to fit the shoe safely while still giving width and support.

The hinds have all the same features as the front shoes but are left and right-patterned. They have a longer and wider outer branch which gives added support, while the tapered inside branch allows the farrier to fit closely and safely, reducing injuries such as brushing.

• Punched for 3.5 Race, 3.5 Race XL, 4.5 Race, or 4.5 Slim nails.

Features:

• Available in Fronts and Hinds. All are Toe Clipped
• Hinds are drop forged with Right and Left patterns (dot indicated at the heel).
• Radius clip reduces the amount of hoof wall removal for fitting.
• Nail holes are punched in an optimum position and have the correct pitch and coarseness.
• The foot surface of the shoe has a much-needed sole relief.
• Quick and easy to fit.
