Greenkleen 60 Plus Castable

GreenKleen-60 Plus is a high strength mortar. Considered a dense, low cement refractory castable containing andalusite. Pourable only.

Features:

• Rated to 3000°F.
• Low 0.8% iron content aids flux resistance.
• Outstanding abrasion resistance.
• Excellent thermal shock resisitance.
• High resistance to penetration/corrosion by molten aluminium.

Common Applications:

• Aluminum furnaces (Hearths, Ramps, Sidewalls, Troughs, Ladles, and Crucibles).
• FCCU transfer lines.
• Incinerator working linings and water quench regions.
• Burner blocks.
• Forge furnace pier blocks.
• Cement grate clinker coolers.
