Castle Double Nail Plastic Pad - Gray

The Double Nail Pads by Castle Plastics are extremely rigid and tough. They can be used to add lots of thickness to a shoeing package, or they can be nailed directly to the hoof and used as a stand-alone shoe.  A great option for those with sole-sensitive horses who want a full coverage pad to eliminate any ground contact. Easier to apply than aluminum or steel plates. Excellent at trapping soft silicones, so while the sole is protected, the digital cushion is still being engaged. Resetting is optional as they are very durable.
